| Focused on Goddesses and connecting their respective characteristics and strengths to the chakras, this meditation feels centering and grounding and clears your head all at the same time. With every chakra she gives you time to connect to your own life and focus on some aspect that connects to the particular quality of said goddess. Awesome, I will be coming back to this one over and over, just wish it was a bit longer. |
